Steven Posar, MD
Internal Medicine & Pain Medicine

Founder, President, and Chief Clinician of Michiana Pain & Neurology Specialists™ and the Head and Facial Pain Clinic™. A Board Certified Internist, he is recognized as one of the early pioneers in Pain Medicine.

 

Deborah C. Stokes, DO
Neurology & Pain Medicine

Dr. Stokes is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Neurology at Oakland General Hospital in Michigan. She is Board Certified in Neurology and provides over a decade of experience in headache, multiple sclerosis, pain and general Neurology for the benefit of our patients.

 

Ralph F. Carbone, DO
Anesthesia & Pain Medicine

Dr. Carbone is a graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathy and completed his residency in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Board Certified in Anesthesia and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, Dr. Carbone specializes in interventional pain management. He provides the latest in technology and procedures for MPNS/HFPC patients.

 

Paul W. Macellari, Ph.D.
Clinical, Pain & Neuropsychology

Dr. Macellari is a graduate of both Notre Dame and Northwestern University, holding a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Macellari also specializes in Pain Psychology and Neuropsychology. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, has held numerous academic and clinical appointments and is currently a Visiting Associate Professor at Indiana University Medical School.

 

Kristine Horvath, M.S.T.P.
Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

Ms. Horvath who holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy directs the MPNS/HFPC Physical Therapy and Rehabilition department. She brings her extensive experience at Mayo Clinic/Medical Center and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center to the specialized care of our patients.

 

Bridgette Goulet, MSW, Dipl. Ac.
Acupuncture

Ms. Goulet received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Social Work from Western Michigan University. She then continued her education specializing in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She became a Diplomate in Acupuncture in 2001 and brings her broad range of expertise and experience to MPNS/HFPC patients in need of complementary/alternative care.
